The room was brand new, modern, and had a spotless bathroom, providing a shower, hair dryer.

The breakfast had a huge variety of options and included coffee, tea, pastries, and fruit. The location was great and unbeatable to the Dublin airport. What's more, it was adjacent to Fore Abbey, and Castlepollard and Fore Abbey which has nice walks.

Garden and free parking: This hidden oasis surrounded by nature made me feel like I was in my own enchanted forest. The lush greenery and vibrant flowers transported me to a fairytale land, all while knowing my car was safely parked nearby. Truly a magical experience!

Bathroom drain slow.

Lir Lodge is a nice place for a wedding ceremony. the location is particularly good, next to public transport. - Mortimer's Castle is just a 15-minute drive away. - Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

The host was amazingly welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the rooms, kitchen, and living areas were spotless. The peacefulness at night was a pleasant surprise, and the take away menus provided an option for a cozy night in. The scent in the air was delightful, and the surroundings were beautiful. Highly recommend!

During my New Year stay, I was impressed by the outstanding service and flexibility of the staff. They accommodated my request for an early check-in and even went the extra mile to meet me with the keys when I arrived late. the rooms were fantastic, clean, and comfortable, providing a hotel-quality experience. having a well-equipped kitchen was a brilliant advantage that allowed me to prepare meals according to my preferences.

One thing to note is that the road leading to the hotel was quite narrow and twisty, which may require cautious driving, especially at night. It would be helpful for guests to be aware of this and plan their travel accordingly.

Conveniently close to Dublin Airport, which was a big bonus. the room had a cozy central heating system, an iron and ironing board, and a TV. 🏨

The staff support at Lir Lodge was absolutely incredible. They were like superheroes, always ready to swoop in and save the day. I remember one time when I couldn't get the TV to work in my room, and within minutes, they appeared with a magic wand and fixed it like it was nothing. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic stay.

Limited storage space.

I always return because it's perfect for my city trips. Helped with late departure once. Free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour security, TV, kitchen.

Wow, what a great stay! The lady who manages the place was absolutely lovely, and her daughter was equally friendly and welcoming. The bed in the room was so comfortable, I could have stayed in it all day. The entire place was spotless, from the room to the shared living room and kitchen area. I appreciated the USB sockets on both sides of the bed, as well as the peaceful and quiet nights without any noise. Not to mention, the take-away menus available made it easy to have a cozy night in. And let's not forget the delightful smell that greeted us every time we walked in, thanks to those glade plug-ins. The beautiful house and surroundings made it a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this place!

While there were many things to love about this place, there were a couple of minor downsides. First, it would have been great to have a cooked breakfast option available, although I was still quite happy with the continental style breakfast and porridge.
